Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Germany, unfortunately if you want to ship outside of these countries we do not yet have an option available for you. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped directly from our supplier. Estimated delivery times are 10 –20 business days for the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, and Germany. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you (tracking updates may take a few days to appear). Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes, if applicable. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.
